Nanny Piggins is entertaining! Hilarious!
The Adventures of Nanny Piggins, written by the delightfully humorous Australian author, R.A. Spratt, is a wonderfully whimsical children’s book that is sure to entertain. This book follows the mischievous pig Nanny Piggins, a former circus performer with a heart of gold, as she moves in with a family of children and their unsuspecting father. Along with her pet duck Boris and hedgehog Derrick, Nanny Piggins embarks on a series of zany adventures that include winning a chocolate-cake-making contest, outsmarting an evil postal worker, and posing as an opera diva. The Adventures of Nanny Piggins is a delightfully silly and creative novel that children will love. If you are looking for a perfect role model, Nanny Piggins is not it! But, the book is laugh-out-loud funny and the characters are unique, quirky, and totally lovable. Overall, I would rate The Adventures of Nanny Piggins 4.5 out of 5 stars.
